Wednesday Words

Romans 8:25
25 "But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently."

I enjoyed the 8th chapter of Romans today. This verse speaks to my heart both because of my physical waiting for the birth of my baby and the spiritual waiting of my heart. Feel free to share with me -- about something you are waiting for or some words that are encouraging you this Wednesday.

What a most appropriate verse, not just for you, but for me as well. Sometimes the longing to be in my own home is almost overwhelming. This verse is such a wonderful reminder to wait patiently. Which translates (4 me) to; don't take out your frustration with the situation on your kids, your husband, and even your parents. They are in the exact same "place" I am. I need to trust in the Lord and then wait patiently. How perfect!

This is a most appropriate verse for me as well. I keep reminding myself to take things one day at a time with both the condo and the house and the ankle. And it's only going to get more difficult. I think I should post this verse in every room! :)

Thanks, Jane Anne. It speaks to my heart today too... as we are awaiting news back from Fargo from the Guard. We're deciding soon to "Palace Chase" or not. So hard to be patient!!! Hang in there. The Lord's timing will be just perfect for her arrival!!!
