Friday Flashback: One Fashionable Couple

In 2002, my husband was in the Army on a remote tour (without wife and family) in Korea. My first son was 1 year old. My parents watched him for a couple of weeks and I went to Korea for a visit.

My husband and I were walking around in a Korean market when we had an opportunity to try on some traditional Korean clothes.

It took a minute or two to convince my husband to put on the clothes.

Aren't we one fashionable couple?

I love the expression on his face.

Such a happy gal!

  3. That hat makes the outfit, Seth! And it looks like Seth should be taking care of JA, since she's got no hands and all!

  7. I think those are cool (even if your husband isn't quite thrilled you outed him!). My husband was stationed in Korea in 1985 and said it was one of the best experiences of this life...but I don't think he tried on any native costumes...hmmmm...

  13. What??? You mean your hubby was reluctant to try on the Korean clothes???? I don't understand that at all! LOL

You two looked adorable. Sorry, Seth...I guess military men don't necessarily want to be described as adorable, huh? ;-)
